Fresh off the Masters madness, the golf elite is heading straight into the next challenge: The RBC Heritage 2026 is just around the corner, bringing us the next dose of top-class golf at Harbour Town Golf Links in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Of course, Masters runner-up Scottie Scheffler, trading as the top favorite (+390), is also teeing off and eager for another victory.
Harbour Town is a completely different caliber than Augusta. Here, precision counts more than brute power. Narrow fairways, small greens, and four challenging Par-3s make the course a true strategist's paradise. It's even rumored that the odds for a hole-in-one are +10000 – every player can really go for it!
Who Will Take the Title?
The list of potential winners is long and star-studded. Besides Scheffler, experts have their eye on Xander Schauffele (+1300) and Matt Fitzpatrick (+1500). Speaking of winners: In recent years, only Major champions have claimed the title here. Justin Thomas triumphed in 2025, Scheffler in 2024, Fitzpatrick in 2023, and Jordan Spieth in 2022. There's serious prestige at stake!
The Dark Horses and Underdogs
But beyond the biggest names, there are exciting bets to consider. Russell Henley, who landed a strong tied for third place at the Masters, is trading at +1600. Patrick Cantlay (+2800) is also hot, with five top-3 finishes in his last eight starts. A true sleeper pick for a top-10 finish is Chris Gotterup (+310). Some simulations see a hefty parlay here that could pay out up to ~$90k on a ten-dollar bet. Rory McIlroy is taking a break after the Masters – understandable, but we'll miss him nonetheless. Cameron Young (+1600), despite his recent wins, still needs to prove that this course suits his game.
This is going to be an epic week, full of excitement and precise golf. We're hyped and can't wait for the first tee shot!
