• Commercial use of the app
• Circumventing security mechanisms

Copyright

All app content (texts, images, videos, podcasts) is protected by copyright. Use without explicit permission is prohibited.

User-Generated Content

You grant us a simple right to display your content (e.g., comments) within the app.

Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance or technical issues may lead to interruptions.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for simple negligence is excluded for non-essential contractual obligations.

Third-Party Content

We assume no liability for linked external content. Responsibility lies solely with the operators of those sites.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting your account. We may suspend accounts in case of violations.

Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
