THE POWER RANKINGS
- Legion XIII Legion XIII is a fixture at the top of the Power Rankings. Even though a win has yet to materialize this season, they've consistently finished in the top 4 in all four events so far. Captain Jon Rahm continues to play exceptionally well, and Tyrrell Hatton secured a top-10 finish in two of his last three starts. While youngsters Tom McKibbin and Caleb Surratt showed great promise in 2025, their start to this season has been more subdued. But if they hit their stride, Legion XIII will become a true contender!
- Southern Guards GC There's a good deal of pressure on the Southern Guards' shoulders! They are hosting the very first LIV Golf event on their home continent this week. Playing as the home favorite is never an easy tee shot. But considering how well all four players have performed in South Africa throughout their careers, we fully trust them with the task! The green calls!
- 4Aces GC Along with Ripper GC, 4Aces GC have written the story of this season so far – with back-to-back wins in Hong Kong and Singapore, they were on fire! Even if Captain Dustin Johnson hasn't quite found his best golf swing yet, the team is battling for victory week after week. Thomas Detry, on the other hand, who has already recorded four top-10 finishes in South Africa in his career, is having an amazing season so far! Anthony Kim and Thomas Pieters should also really step on the gas this week in Steyn City!
- Torque GC In Singapore, Joaquin Niemann tried everything to defend his title. Abraham Ancer's struggles over the first three rounds last week slowed the team down. But Carlos Ortiz and Sebastian Munoz have been two of the league's most consistent players for several seasons – true pillars of consistency! Ortiz's power off the tee could make him a top contender on the individual leaderboard this week.
- Ripper GC For Ripper GC, the season has been almost perfect so far! They claimed the first two events, and also delivered really strong results in Hong Kong and Singapore. The Southern Guards have Ripper out
