Garrett Clark Video: Good Good Products Pulled

Dick's Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy have pulled Good Good merchandise from their stores and online shops. A strong backlash over a deleted Good Good Golf promo video prompted the major chains to react – and this is likely just the beginning of the drama surrounding the golf content giants.

What happened? Good Good Golf, known for its popular YouTube videos, had posted a Callaway driver promo video. In it, co-founder Garrett Clark roughly pushed aside a woman reaching for the club, warning her: „Don't touch my new driver.“ Although the clip was quickly deleted, the golf community doesn't easily forgive such gaffes.

🚨💻❌ JUST IN — Golf Galaxy & Dicks Sporting Goods have now removed all Good Good products, golf equipment and apparel from their online stores as the fallout from the driver video continues. Thoughts on the move?

The Domino Effect Unfolds

The reaction was swift. Dick's and Golf Galaxy pulled the plug; Good Good products are no longer available on their websites. Items also disappeared en masse from store shelves. But that's not all: According to reports, PGA Tour Superstore followed suit, and even Target might have done the same. This is a significant blow for Good Good, who are otherwise off to a really strong start.

The Reactions: Sorry, But...

The repercussions are far-reaching: The Golf Channel had to postpone the debut of Big Break x Good Good to September 1, 2026. A sponsor demanded branding changes – it was Golf Galaxy itself, which no longer wanted its name associated with the show. Callaway publicly apologized, assuring that the ad did not align with their values, while Good Good also asked for forgiveness. This incident shows that even the biggest creator brands in golf can quickly find themselves in the rough if the message isn't right.
