Delete Account

You can delete your Delofted account and all associated data at any time. The fastest way is from inside the app, but if you no longer have access to it, you can request deletion by email.

Easiest way: from inside the app

1. Open the Delofted app and go to the Profile screen.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and tap Delete Account.
3. Type the confirmation word shown in the dialog and confirm.

Your account and data are removed immediately. The action cannot be undone.

Without app access: request by email

If you can no longer sign in or have already removed the app, send a deletion request to hello@sprtized.com. Please include the phone number you used to sign in so we can identify your account. Requests are processed within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, picture, phone number, sign-in account)
• Bookmarks and saved articles
• Loyalty data
• Push notification tokens
• Local device data on next app launch

What may be retained

We may keep anonymized crash and usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) that contain no personal information and cannot be linked back to you. There is no commercial-record retention because the app processes no purchases or orders. See our Privacy Policy for details.
